CITY SOLEI ZUZANNA SALMAN is implementing the project: „Development and expansion of the scope of services in the Wielkopolska region through investments in infrastructure and technology for the CITY SOLEI ZUZANNA SALMAN facility” under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Measure A1.2.1 – Investments for enterprises in products, services, and competencies of employees and management related to business diversification.

Subject of the project (Objectives and Results): The aim of the planned project is to adapt the company to current market requirements and diversify its operations in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of this project aligns with the criteria set in the current call for proposals, focusing primarily on broadening the company’s offer by introducing new services.

The project involves the implementation of a series of innovative services designed to increase the attractiveness of the offer. As part of the project, the Beneficiary intends to create a service base independent of the hotel facility – which cannot operate during periods of market restrictions. Therefore, the company intends to establish a Spa Center open to external clients. Within this zone, saunas, heated loungers, and other relaxation-enhancing equipment will be purchased and installed. Offering such a comprehensive package of services will contribute to attracting new customers seeking a place for rest and relaxation.

These activities represent a comprehensive development plan for the enterprise, aimed at increasing its market competitiveness and adapting to the new business realities following the COVID-19 pandemic. By introducing new services and improving existing infrastructure, the company will be able to respond more effectively to changing customer needs and provide them with comprehensive, high-quality service.

Target Groups: The project is addressed to individual and business customers seeking high-quality HoReCa services in the Wielkopolska region. Additionally, the target group includes the company’s employees, who will benefit from training and professional development.
